MORE INFO ABOUT THE TRIP!

Parents, we'll be offering you as much information as we can about this trip. Many parents try to come along on this one (in their own cars in addition to the bus chaperones). It's great fun!! So, we'll provide you with any hotel info, practice field locations, ticket prices, etc... we find out. We just might discover a few good restaurants in the area...hmmmm. If you are interested in coming along as an independent spectator, please let Susan Monroe know. She is coordinating this trip. There might be a few details she can provide us regarding meals, Disney tix, etc...!

In the interest of security for our students on the trip, we are not posting the entire schedule of locations, driving times, etc... If you plan on joining us for the trip, please email your request for this information to the Webmaster. We will happily send this information to all members of the Sabino community who are joining us pronto! Just prior to departure, this same information will be emailed to all families on the SIMBA email list server.

If you have any questions about travelling with the band as a spectator, you are welcome to contact Shirley Briggs (WebMaster). She and her husband have followed the band for several years and can offer insight/suggestions, too.

The Phone Tree will be in effect for this trip.

All Students, Chaperones, Staff and Bus Drivers must bring a form of picture ID on this trip.
