Call time: 8:30am (This is when we are departing Sabino)

Uniform Room Opens: 8:00am

Performance Time: 11:04am (3rd in the 2nd sessrion of the day)

Pride of Arizona performs at: 12:28pm

Awards: 12:42pm

Return to Sabino: 2:15pm approximately

Note: a uniform friendly snack may be provided for the students during the event.

Additional information about this festival:

Parking is available at the University at the Cherry St. Parking Garage as well as along some streets (read signs carefully).
Sabino parents, families, friends and boosters usually try to sit together up above the judges area near the 50 yard line. Wear purple (or better still, your show shirts) and join us!
You may video tape the performance, but may also purchase a dvd/video near the concession stands in the stadium.

PARTICIPATION CHECKLIST
White Sabino Instrumental Band Shirt
White underwear & socks
Jacket or sweatshirt
Band shoes (clean before leaving home)
Gloves (Girls: no nail polish!)
Hair ties
Uniform and Hat box
Instruments (reeds, valve oil, mallets, extra sticks, etc.)
Water bottles for band practice
No boom boxes
Electronic devices must have headphones

Remember to dress properly
The Sabino dress code policy is still in force for every trip.
- No shorts
- No flip flops or open toed shoes
- No spaghetti straps
- No bare midriffs
- No undergarments should be visible
- No jewelry or chains should be visible
- No pajama pants
- Jeans or Khakis should be worn.
