Ticket Sales and Silent Auction Donations

Keep gathering those Silent Auction items! Items can be turned in right up until Friday evening at the Football Game! Just see Peggy Rau at the game! Same goes for your pre-sale ticket money. BUT, if you need more tickets or even forget about the tickets entirely, you can still come to the event and buy your tickets at the door!

Desserts Needed

Join us for this General Fund fundraiser that helps to support many of the music department activities. It is a fun way to have dinner, visit with friends and bid on terrific silent auction items. Think: excellent Christmas and Holiday gifts! This is one of our BIG Fundraisers of the year! Once guests come for the food, they'll see all the GREAT items being offered on the Silent Auction! Join us for the fun!

Challenge!!!

Students, we are offering a contest for you! A bowling party gift certificate for your section is the prize!
You will earn one entry if you sell all your Chuy's Meal tickets and an additional entry for every Silent Auction item you bring in! This can really add up if you (and your family) get busy contacting businesses about Silent Auction donations and selling your tickets! Drawing for the winning entry will take place once all ticket money is turned in!

SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS: 1 item per student / family PLEASE!

To assure this is a hugely successful fundraiser, we are asking all of the Sabino Instrumental Music families to join in the fun by securing an item to be included in the silent auction. We are asking that each of our families donate at least one item for the auction. These items can be obtained by asking someone you do business with to donate. Some ideas might include:

• you could ask your hair dresser, or nail technician for a gift certificate for a free service,
  
• or ask your favorite restaurant to donate a gift certificate.

You could create your own themed gift basket, for example, an Italian dinner basket with pasta, sauce, wooden spoons, a colander, pasta bowl's, parmesan cheese, and Italian chocolates for dessert. Or how about a "beauty basket" or "car care basket." Do you have season tickets that you could donate one game or a concert? How about baking your favorite cake or other dessert? Just use your creativity and have fun! It will add to the fun to see the variety of items we can get donated to be auctioned off!

The number of items to be donated for the auction is certainly not limited to just one per family. Some of you are really good at securing items, and everything will be greatly appreciated. The items are tax deductible because Sabino Instrumental Music Boosters Association is a non-profit organization.

Donation Agreement Form

On Monday, Oct. 8th, students were given a letter you should present to (and collect back from) all prospective donors of items for the Silent Auction. This "Donation Agreement Form" provides the donor with our Tax ID# for their tax deduction purposes and provides us with the information needed to best promote the item they have donated during the auction! Students asked to sell FIVE tickets each!

Please consider inviting your friends, neighbors, relatives...to join us for this great event. Each student is being asked to sell five (5) $10 dinner tickets for the event. Tickets were distributed to students after the Cienega game and will continue to be available as needed. If you need more than the minimum of 5, just let your student know to check out that many more!
